Israel's decade-long covert campaign to criminalise the BDS movement worldwide

Muckraker is publishing today its investigation into Israel's decade-long covert programme to criminalise the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement worldwide.

The investigation, which you can read at The New Arab here, reveals how, since 2016, the Israeli government has been hiring law firms worldwide to prepare legal memos and advocacy points to be used against activists in the movement.

Some of these memos were used by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs to try to influence political and legal processes in countries outside Israel, including in Ireland, Canada and Chile.
